By using SysBalance services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SysBalance provides Linux server administration, WHM/cPanel management, security hardening, monitoring, migrations, backups, and related technical services.
Clients are responsible for maintaining ownership and legal rights to all systems, data, domains, and content under their control.
While SysBalance will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and security, no service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or complete protection from all threats.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding thirty (30) days. SysBalance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms may be updated periodically.
Clients may not use SysBalance services to support or facilitate unlawful activities.
Prohibited activities include:
SysBalance reserves the right to suspend or terminate services associated with prohibited activities.
Monthly managed service plans may be cancelled at any time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Fees already incurred for completed work, emergency support, migrations, consulting, or custom projects are generally non-refundable.
If SysBalance is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances under our control, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
